Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Jolt Mobile® subscription and prepaid services. If you are not satisfied with your service and it is within 14 days of receiving your starter kit, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the conditions below.
All sales are final after 14 days from the start of your first monthly plan cycle or after consuming more than 30 minutes, 30 text messages, or 30MB of data on the applicable service plan, whichever occurs first.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For
- Used services
- Partially used plans
- Prepaid balances
- Promotional balances
- Refill balances
- Activation fees
- Shipping charges
- Unused funds remaining on an account
Device Return Conditions
All returned devices must be received in good physical and working condition.
Products purchased through JoltMobile.com, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other authorized reseller platforms that are returned damaged, altered, abused, tampered with, incomplete, or with missing accessories are not eligible for a refund.
Customers may be charged the full retail amount of the device if returned in unacceptable condition.
Service Refusal / Termination
Jolt Mobile® reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate service at any time, to anyone, for any lawful reason including:
- Suspected fraud
- Abuse
- Excessive usage
- Policy violations
- Network interference
- Unlawful activity
Porting / Transfer of Number
If you transfer or port your number to another carrier, you must maintain an active account with Jolt Mobile®.
A $19 service fee applies if you port out your number within 120 days from initial activation in order to support porting system administration and operational costs.
Your Service with Jolt Mobile® will automatically deactivate once the New Service Provider successfully completes the transfer of your number.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Fulfillment mistakes resulting in shipment of incorrect products will also be accepted for return within 30 days from the original purchase date.
If a product is determined to be defective under normal intended use, Jolt Mobile® may provide troubleshooting assistance and, if eligible, issue a replacement product at its discretion.
Physical damage, liquid damage, abuse, tampering, misuse, unauthorized modification, or excessive wear voids replacement eligibility.
