Terms of service

JOLT Mobile® offers subscription-based wireless, broadband, prepaid, and recurring monthly service plans which may automatically renew unless cancelled.

Your service begins once activated and your payment method may be charged before your renewal date to ensure uninterrupted service.

This Agreement governs wireless telecommunications services, data services, broadband internet services, prepaid services, recurring subscription services, and related services and features between you and JOLT Mobile®.

Service Availability / Interruption

JOLT Mobile® customers have access to nationwide wireless coverage under agreements with underlying carrier partners.

Actual coverage, signal strength, data speeds, and network availability may vary depending on:

• System availability
• Network congestion
• System repairs or maintenance
• Device compatibility
• Terrain
• Building structures
• Weather conditions
• Signal strength
• Carrier limitations
• Other operational conditions

JOLT Mobile® does not guarantee uninterrupted coverage, continuous network availability, or specific data speeds.

Use of Service / Device / Number

Reproduction, retransmission, dissemination, redistribution, or resale of Service is prohibited without prior written authorization.

You are responsible for ensuring your Device is compatible with the Service and complies with applicable technical requirements.

You consent to receiving:

• Alerts
• Account notifications
• Advertising communications
• Promotional communications
• Broadcast messages

You have no ownership rights to any telephone number, SIM identifier, IP address, email address, account identifier, or network identifier provided in connection with the Service.

Unauthorized Usage

You agree not to use the Device or Service for unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, harmful, excessive, or disruptive purposes.

Prohibited uses include:

• Spam or mass messaging
• Unauthorized monitoring services
• Commercial redistribution of Service
• Fraudulent activity
• Automated transmissions
• Network abuse
• Unauthorized tethering abuse
• Activities impairing network performance
• Transmission of unlawful or offensive content

JOLT Mobile® reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, restrict, or terminate Service without notice if unauthorized activity is suspected.

Release of Information

You consent to the release of information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law
• Respond to lawful subpoenas
• Enforce this Agreement
• Prevent fraud or abuse
• Protect network operations
• Protect users or third parties
• Respond to emergencies involving risk of death or serious injury

Your Rights to End This Agreement

You may terminate your Service at any time by notifying us.

Cancellation of Service does not automatically entitle you to refunds, credits, or reimbursements for:

• Prepaid balances
• Refill balances
• Activation fees
• Shipping charges
• Device purchases
• Promotional balances
• Add-on services
• Unused service periods

Charges / Payments / Default

You are responsible for paying all charges associated with your account including:

• Airtime
• Data usage
• Messaging services
• Device purchases
• Subscription renewals
• Taxes and regulatory fees
• Shipping and handling charges
• Add-on services
• International usage
• Roaming charges

By activating Service, you authorize JOLT Mobile® to automatically charge your payment method on file for recurring monthly charges until cancelled.

Unlimited Usage

Unlimited plans are intended solely for reasonable personal use.

Unlimited services may not be used for:

• Commercial redistribution
• Continuous unattended streaming
• Automated transmissions
• Server hosting
• Machine-to-machine activity
• Spam or automated messaging
• Unauthorized monitoring services
• Excessive tethering abuse

JOLT Mobile® reserves the right to implement reasonable network management practices including:

• Speed reduction
• Prioritization
• Temporary restrictions
• Suspension
• Termination

Limitation of Liability

JOLT Mobile®, affiliates, suppliers, licensors, carriers, and service providers are not liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Delayed transmissions
• Network outages
• Data loss
• Security breaches
• Unauthorized access
• Device incompatibility
• Loss of profits
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Indirect damages

Resolution of Disputes

Any dispute or claim arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

You and JOLT Mobile® waive any right to pursue claims on a class-wide, consolidated, or representative basis.

Refund / Return Policy

Customers have 14 calendar days from the original purchase date to request a return subject to conditions.

Products must be returned in good physical and working condition with original packaging and accessories.

All sales are final after 14 days from the start of the first monthly plan cycle or after consuming more than 30 minutes, 30 text messages, or 30MB of data.

Service Refusal / Termination

JOLT Mobile® reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate Service for:

• Fraud
• Excessive usage
• Abuse
• Network interference
• Violations of this Agreement
• Unlawful activity

Porting / Transfer of Number

A $19 service fee applies if you port out your number within 120 days from activation.

Privacy

You authorize JOLT Mobile® to monitor and record communications relating to your account for quality assurance, fraud prevention, training, operational, or legal compliance purposes.

Notices

JOLT Mobile® may provide notices through:

• Email
• SMS/text messaging
• Website postings
• Standard mail
• Electronic notifications

Taxes and Other Fees

Applicable taxes, surcharges, regulatory fees, government assessments, shipping charges, and related fees may apply in addition to advertised pricing.

Shipping Policy

Most orders received before the daily processing cutoff may ship the same business day provided products are in stock.

JOLT Mobile® cannot guarantee delivery dates or transit times.

Order Acceptance Policy

JOLT Mobile® reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders
• Limit quantities
• Verify payment information
• Request identity verification
• Reject suspicious transactions
